WHAT IS MANNA?
Manna is a Home & School fundraiser. The fundraiser is “no cost” to you. Pay for $100 in certificates and receive $100 in certificates. Manna earns a profit by purchasing these certificates at a discount.
Here is an example: you order $100 in Jewel certificates. You receive $100 in Jewel certificates. Of that $100, manna paid $95, with $5 going to our computer lab. It is that easy. Last year, manna made $18,000 for our computer lab! In past years, we have helped purchase new computers (desk tops and portables), servers, and printers. This fundraiser also keeps our annual technology fees to a minimum.
How does it work?
Manna envelopes are processed the first week of every month. Everyone will receive a manna envelope the last Thursday of the month. Can’t find an envelope? Download the form from the Thursday e-envelope page or pick one up at the school office.
Fill out the envelope and include a check (no cash please) for your purchase made out to St. Raphael.
Return the envelope on the first Monday of the month through kidmail to the office.
Orders are filled by our terrific volunteers and delivered on the first Thursday of the month.
Fill out the “Back Pack Waiver Form” ( a link to this form is on the left side of this page) if you would like your child to bring your manna home. Otherwise, you can pick up your order at the school office Thursday afternoon or Friday.
Can’t remember to get that envelope in? Then sign up for a standing order ( see below). Every month we will send you your same order and bill you. No more missed deadlines for orders.
Helpful hints
If you do not make a purchase, please send the manna envelope back to the office. The cost of envelopes comes out of our profits.

Can’t seem to remember to get that manna envelope in? Do you want to have an easy way to order all your monthly purchases? We have the program for you!
Here’s how it works: Fill out the Standing Order Form (a link to this form is on the left side of this page). The first week of the month we will automatically send you your order on Thursday (remember to fill out a back pack waiver). You do nothing! A bill will be included with the order – just send a check back to us.
Need to add to your order? Let us know and we will make the change. However, if you want to adjust your order for just one week please send in a manna envelope with payment for that item.
Credit card Option? Sorry, due to lack of interest, there will not be a credit card option this year.
