The St. Raphael School community participates in a fundraising food program with Market Day. Market Day has been operating as a fund-raising food co-op since 1975 and has grown to include thousands of schools just like ours.
What You Get
Each month, you will be able to purchase restaurant-quality food from a wide selection of products which include breakfast, lunch and dinner items as well as beverages, snacks and desserts. These items are competitively priced and come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee promise from Market Day!
By participating in this program, you’ll help St. Raphael earn a 10% profit on Market Day purchases and 5% on Peapod purchases (see below) and Sara Lee outlet store sales.
Ordering is Easy!
This link, www.marketday.com will connect you directly to the Market Day web-site. Once you’ve made your selection, just enter St. Raphael as your school of choice. You can pay by credit card when you order on-line or you can elect to pay by cash or check when you pick up your purchases.
You can also complete an order form found near the welcome center at Church. Simply complete the form and leave it in the Market Day box or return it to the school office.
Getting Your Order
On the 3rd Tuesday of each month, you can pick up your order between 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the St. Raphael School gym located at the south side of the school building. You will be notified of the exact date of pick up when you order is placed.
Participate the Peapod Way
You may also order Market Day products through Peapod, which is a home delivery grocery service. Place your Market Day order through Peapod (www.peapod.com) which can also be accessed through the Market Day web-site. Be sure to select St. Raphael as your school or choice and your groceries will be delivered right to your door! A nominal delivery fee does apply.
Food Donations
You can also elect to donate items to the Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry. Simply send a note on your order form or send an email through the Market Day web-site to the School Chairperson to donate your desired items. We’ll take care of delivering everything for you and the food pantry customers will benefit from great food choices.
